Typically blown glass shading from a light lemon yellow to a salmon-pink. There are variations as to the depth of the colors, but the shading is always the same with the exception of "white Burmese". There are rare examples of pressed Burmese lamp cups that are embossed with the Clarke trademark. All Victorian era Burmese fairy lamps were produced by Thomas Webb and Sons. There is no evidence that Mt. Washington produced any Burmese fairy lamps. Victorian-era Burmese is highly reactive to ultraviolet light (UV) as the glass formula includes Uranium Oxide.
