Stevens & Williams
The history of Stevens & Williams glass works is long and complex. Rather than try to summarize the history, I will refer you to a very detailed chronology researched by:

Pottery Gazette Diary - 1888
As with several glass houses that Clarke commissioned to produce his fairy lamps, Stevens and Williams produced a broad range of styles and colors, many of which are documented in their design books. Following are a few examples, I suspect there may be more yet to be documented.
The following examples are courtesy of "Fairy Lamps - Elegance in Candle Lighting" by Ruf, the Undocumented Fairy Lamp Collection submitted by former members of the Fairy Lamp Club and by personal and private collections.
The caption "Ruf - xxx" refers to the reference "Fairy Lamps - Elegance in Candle Lighting" by Ruf. The "U-xxx" refers to the Undocumented fairy lamp collection.
